BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER


Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Management or other business related

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in managing in sales and marketing strategy

• Strong verbal and written communication and has background in market research, competitive analysis and customer relations.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to build sincere relationships by earning the confidence of others and solid partnership based on mutual support through a collaborative style.

• Ability to multitask effectively, present ideas and directives clearly and persuasively

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handles marketing and sales activities.

• Generates sales for their portfolio of accounts to contribute in attaining company annual revenue targets.

• Conducts market research to measure and analyze client awareness, conversion and loyalty.

• Prepares status report of assigned projects, create and monitor schedule of deliverables and facilitate administrative activities.

• Conducts trainings sessions with the clients and end users to educate them the proper use of our services.

• Assists and support the operations management in various sales driven network including business development.

• Generate accurate reports with meaningful recommendations to Management decisions – making aimed at achieving target sales.

• Performs marketing and sales initiatives to achieve designated targets.

• Gather business, industry, market information and plan better business strategies.

• Conduct market research to come up, develop, deliver and present marketing analysis and strategy with an updated marketing plan on the conducted research.

• Implement the client review process and ensure that feedback and improvements are acted upon to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.

• Maintaining the detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services, and policies and communicating this knowledge to the customer.

• Regularly monitors and reports status of account projects to assess effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements to close deals and meet sales target.

• Gather business, industry, market information and plan better business strategies.

• Communicating proactively with clients and responding to customer complaint in a timely manner.

• Build and develop relationships among the clients of the company.

CLIENT SERVICE ASSISTANT


Qualifications

• Male/Female, between 22 to 28 years of age.

• Must be a Customs Administration Graduate, or a related field and one (1) year of work experience.

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

• Must be a Computer Literate.

• With good oral and written communication skills.

• Analytical and can work under pressure


 Primary Responsibilities

• Guides and trains all clients on the correct usage of the company’s products and services (eg: e-IP System, Import Entry System, e-manifest System, Desktop EDI-System, Desktop Based e-IP, INS developed Trade Systems and other services).

• Responds to the clients inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; providing the information; verifying client’s understanding of the information and answers provided, resulting to client satisfaction.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed – not only focused on own tasks but volunteers to assists teammates when necessary.

JUNIOR PHP DEVELOPER


Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent

• 1 to 2 Yrs & up experience in PHP, Phyton or Ruby on Rails in a Linux or Windows environment

• Must demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

• Knowledge of basic project management methodology

 Additional Desired Skills

• MS Server & IIS Administration skills

• Basic Unix/Linux fundamentals skills

• Apache/Tomcat Application & Web Server Administration skills

• PHP and ASP.net

• SCM and EDI knowledge as well

• ITIL certified is a plus

• Background in change and release management is a plus

Primary Responsibilities

• Custom development of web applications for internal use and customer facing web applications

• Work closely with users to test applications and gather feedback

• Serve as technical liaison for other team members

• Coordinating rollout of new applications

• Work with systems architect to develop a ground up high usage web application

Secondary Responsibilities


• Creating and updating existing documents that is related to exiting web applications

• Recommending new technologies and development strategies

Primary Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with MS SQL 2005 and higher

• Working issues escalated from internal teams.

• Providing scripts to execute DB requests/reports

• Filing new issues reported by customers while working existing issues.

ACCOUNTS OFFICER


Qualifications

• Male/Female, between 22 to 28 years of age.

• Adept on gathering and managing information

• Proficiency in relevant computer application

• Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast paced environment.
